Using the pattern at http://www.heatherbaileydesign.com/BittyBooties.pdf I made these blue booties.i had this beautiful blue and pink soft felt at home so I decided to work with them…I gave some opening at the back of the bootie to give more ease and also added strap up bow made of cotton for tying the booties at the back.

Cross-Stitch Booties
Me and my husband made these booties for our daughter. One of them is done by me the other one is done by my husband. The booties were bought from the market but the cross-stitched duckling was done at home.

Pink Booties
These are another set of booties I made. The sole of the booties is very soft felt. But I feel the upper should have been of some softer and brighter material. But since these are totally hand made so I like them. The flowers were taken from old hair pins.

First Booties
These are my first booties. They might seem a little raw, but they gave me a alot of experince for making proper booties. I will be making more booties later and wil post by results. The strange looking language on the booties is "Baby" written in Korean alphabets. I might upload instructions of how I made them later.

Sewing Machine Cozy
Created a sewing machine cozy, with some basic appliqué work. Materials used in this project where husband's old shirts and t-shirts. The stem of the tree is cut from my husband's old shorts. The foam balls were the only thing I bought from market. The pocket on the left side is a pocket from the used shirt which is pretty useful for measuring tape and other sewing supplies.

Pin Cushion
I followed the tutorial at http://www.marthastewart.com/article/homegrown-tomato-pincushions to make my pin cushion. Which turned out really nice as a first project.
